Redbax is comprised of 2 Adelaide Website Designers ( Kathy & Karla) who share 3 similar qualities:-

Perseverance – Google teaches us this everyday (always changing those algorithms).

Redbax Web Design History
Kathy & I worked for a national website design company, who offered webpages with quite a few restrictions. ( like some social media platforms, our clients had no say on how the page was set up and could only insert a certain amount of photos and content).
After a couple of lunches and lots of discussions ( not sure that was the correct order) , we agreed that clients deserved better. This lead to the birth of Redbax Website Design in 2000. Custom designed websites – no copied templates! The first year we cold called businesses and spent alot of time on the phones trying to make appointments so that we would be given an opportunity to design our custom sites. Word of mouth referrals started to roll in and we were on our way offering websites without restrictions!
Featured in the Sunday Mail’s silent achiever section with the tag line… “Jumping Aboard the Internet Revolution” and then to win several Small Business Awards over the years for our services was terrific!
The Redbax Web Process
Our website design portfolio is rather impressive, however, we still offer both new and existing clients a one page no obligation layout. It really helps to see your branding and industry on a webpage. I always like to meet our clients and show off the one page layout example ( which shows that we have researched other businesses in their industry and can recommend strategies for best the best website).
I like the opportunity to answer any questions that you might have regarding the web design or google. We design predominately so that your site will rank on Google. We design the new site on a preview website address so that you and Redbax can only access the site. Once the site is ready to go live – it is time for some training. You have the choice to update your own website with a user name and password ( it’s like editing a word doc) or we can maintain your site.
Then we will submit your site to Google and maybe talk about some Google pay per click campaigns?

There will usually be 2 of us working on your site at any one time. Our standard websites take approximately 3 – 4 weeks to create. Our E-commerce online stores will take a little longer – dependant on the number of products.

We build all of our websites on the open-source Content Management System (CMS) WordPress and Joomla platforms.
Yes. We will help you source stock photos from sites such as www.istock.com. We also have photographers and videographers available to produce custom photography and videos for your website.
YES! Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. Most of our clients stay with us for the life of the website. Our team is just irresistible that way. But if for any reason you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and get another company to service the site, we will happily assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible. The website is yours after all, and we want you to take it wherever you go.
Do I Need A Website if I have Social Media?
Of course we are going to say YES. However, we do appreciate and love our fair share of social media too. A website helps you establish credibility as a business. A website will always rank higher than a social media page. You own your website and it can be customed designed.
Mobile Friendly Websites are a Must!
Two-thirds of the world’s population have mobile phones. 1 out of 5 of those mobile users has shopped online from their mobile phone over the last 30 days. Google, the world’s biggest search engine treats websites that are mobile-friendly differently to ones that arent. A few years back they set up a website so you could test if your site was mobile friendly. Google are always changing algorithm’s and ensured that one of their algorithms was designed to give more prominence to the mobile-friendly sites.
